The Open Exchange brings back the ease of the SCO: walk in, pause, meet, shop and move on. Retail activates the lower levels, offices rise above, and a shaded open food court becomes the social center of the development.

Moving beyond the sealed mall and its burden of common-area maintenance, the project reimagines high street as a climate-responsive destination—filtered by fins, cooled by landscape, opened to air and shaped by light.
