Conceived as a contemporary sanctuary, The Oasis Line is a high-end private residence shaped by the clarity of linear architecture and the restorative presence of landscape.
The design begins with a simple intent: to create an oasis not through enclosure, but through openness. Strong horizontal planes, elongated rooflines, framed courtyards and measured landscape bands establish a calm architectural rhythm across the site. The villa is composed as a sequence of refined volumes rather than a single object—allowing spaces to unfold gradually between built form, gardens, water and sky. Reflecting pools, shaded garden courts and open terraces soften the precision of the architecture, creating moments of pause within an otherwise strong and structured composition.
The material palette reinforces this balance between precision and warmth: textured natural stone, dark metal planes, warm timber fins, clear glass and soft landscape greens. Light filters through vertical fins, air moves through open courts, and water becomes a constant visual and climatic presence throughout the villa. Together, they create an architecture that is contemporary yet timeless, minimal yet deeply experiential.
